Design will be as shown on your choice of apparel color. Add that to the customize box. If no color is added, it will be on a Royal Blue shirt as shown.
Customize with your last name on the back- add name in the customize box. If you need infant or toddler sizes, please put that in the customize box and select the Youth style of apparel.
